This site is a static website. It has no user accounts, no comment forms, and no advertising trackers.
What this site collects
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and operations, under its own privacy policy.
Email signups and purchases
Signups for the free Auto-Fail List and kit purchases happen on our store at stan.store/auditreadycarrier, which is operated by Stan. When you sign up or buy there, Stan collects the details you enter (such as your name and email, and payment information handled by its payment processor) under Stan's terms and privacy policy. We receive your name and email so we can deliver what you asked for and, if you opted in, send occasional emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to government sources such as ecfr.gov and fmcsa.dot.gov, and may link to third-party services. Some links may be affiliate links, which would be disclosed where they appear. Other sites have their own privacy practices.
We don't sell personal information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
